Not necessarily. While the Career Direct® assessment is an excellent starting point for gaining clarity about your design, it isn’t required. If you already know the type of work or direction you want to pursue, we can focus on strategy and communication—helping you strengthen your résumé, refine your LinkedIn profile, and prepare for interviews that position you confidently for your next opportunity.
